925.93 CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION AND TESTING.
   (a)   All work within the scope of these regulations shall be subject to full time inspection and supervision by the Municipality, and subject to materials testing, for determination, and assurance, of conformance with the approved plans, specifications, and applicable Municipal requirements in accordance with the requirements of Section 920.93 of the Public Utilities Code.
 
   (b)   The person obtaining a sanitary sewer work permit shall notify the Authority having jurisdiction, or his designate, at least three (3) days before the work is to commence to schedule the required inspections. In so reporting, exact location of the work to be inspected shall be identified. No tap or connection shall be made except in the presence of a Municipal sewer inspector. The sewer line, or lateral, leading to such tap or connection shall not be filled, but must be left opened, and shall not be used until any required tests have been completed and written approval of the work has been issued by the inspector.
