All sanitary sewer lines, excepting service laterals to a specific building or fee simple lot, shall be dedicated to public use unless otherwise approved by Council. Easements for dedicated improvements shall also be provided to the Municipality in accordance with the requirements of Section 925.33 (Easements and Rights Of Way).
