925.33 EASEMENTS AND RIGHTS OF WAY.
   When sanitary sewers proposed to be dedicated to public use are not located within a dedicated street right of way, the developer shall grant a utility easement or right of way to the Municipality, for the purpose of operating, maintaining, enlarging, repairing, replacing, removing, relocating or adding municipal utilities. Said easement or right of way width shall be equal to twice the depth of the sewer plus ten (10) feet or thirty (30) feet in width, whichever is greater, or as otherwise required by the Approving Authority. The sanitary sewer shall be located inside the easement at a distance equal to one-half (½) the depth of the sewer or at such other depth required by the Authority Having Jurisdiction.
