920.18 SCHEDULE OF FEES.
   The rates and charges for water and sanitary sewer services shall be as set forth in Chapters 921 and 923 respectively. The fees associated with the administration and enforcement of the Public Utilities Code shall be as provided for herein. Said fees shall be paid as prescribed herein; and shall be in addition to any other fees required by other Municipal regulations.
   (a)   Permit fees. Paid at time of permit application submittal.
      (1)   Water service line permit: one hundred thirty dollars ($130.00).
      (2)   Sanitary sewer lateral permit: ninety dollars ($90.00).
      (3)   Storm sewer lateral permit: one hundred ten dollars ($110.00).
      (4)   Second water meter permit: one hundred forty dollars ($140.00).

   (b)   Deposit fees: Shall be paid upon submittal of plans or request for inspection and/or testing. The total final cost shall be the actual cost incurred by the Municipality for administering and conducting the required action (including, but not limited to reviews, inspections and testing). Any balance remaining shall be refunded by the Municipality within sixty (60) days; any charges in excess of deposit shall be paid within thirty (30) days of receipt of invoice for same. No final Municipal approval for the subject project shall be granted until all outstanding fees have been paid in full.
      (1)   The deposit for review of proposed utility work which is within the scope of the Land Planning and Development Regulations shall be as is provided for therein. The deposit for review of proposed utility work which is not subject to said Regulations shall be one hundred ($100.00) dollars.

      (2)   The construction inspection deposit for utility work which is within the scope of the Land Planning and Development Regulations shall be equal to ten (10%) percent of the estimated total cost of construction (not including "prevailing wage') for all improvements requiring inspection services. Excepting that the costs for inspections of utility service work for a one or two-family residence are included in the permit fee amounts set forth in subsection (a) above.

      (3)   The work and materials testing deposit shall be one hundred (100%) percent of the estimated costs for materials testing, plus testing of work during, or after, construction, plus any acceptance tests or procedures required for improvements to be dedicated to public use.
