Upon completion of construction of any streets (whether public or private) the developer shall post a maintenance guarantee for said streets guaranteeing against defects in material and workmanship. Said guarantee shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth for same in Section 900.94 (Maintenance Guarantee) of the Street and Sidewalk Area Code. Thereafter the responsibility for the maintenance repairs for streets dedicated to public use shall rest with the Municipality; the responsibility for maintenance repairs for private streets shall rest with the property owner.
