The developer shall guarantee the materials and workmanship of all improvements required within this code to be dedicated to public use, and certain private improvements when so required by a specific improvement regulation. Said maintenance guarantee shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in Section 1151.94 (Maintenance Guarantee) of the Land Planning and Development Regulations.
