§ 93.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   All persons acting in violation of the provisions of §§ 93.01 or 93.02 shall be fined not less than $25 for each violation. A separate violation shall be deemed committed on each day during and on which a violation occurs or continues.

   (B)   Any person violating any of the provisions of § 93.10 shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $500 for each offense and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during and on which a violation occurs or continues.

   (C)   Any owner violating any provision of §§ 93.20 through 93.27 shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $500 for each offense and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which such offense continues unabated after ten days from the service of the notice.
