§ 93.20 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   OWNER. The legal owner, his agent, tenant, lessee, trustee, deed purchaser under contract, land trust beneficiary or mortgagee in possession, whether a natural person, the beneficiary of an equitable owner, corporation, firm, company, association or partnership.
   PURPOSEFUL GARDEN or PLANTING BED.  An area distinguished from common lawn grasses by a maintained, delineating border.
   WEEDS. To include, but not limited to, common burdock, giant ragweed, common ragweed, thistles, common dandelion, perennial sow thistles, Canada thistles and all its varieties, European bentwood, leafy spurge, Russian knapwood, Johnson grass, yellow, foxtail, giant foxtail, ragweed, garlic mustard, reed canarygrass, purple strife, common reed, buckthorn, cockleburrs, jimson, poison ivy, wild mustard, rough pigweed, lambsquarter, wild lettuce, poison oak, poison sumac, bindweed, leafy spurge, knapweed, hoary cress, any other wild, uncultivated or uncontrolled growth of vegetation and any weeds determined to be noxious weeds by the Director of the Department of Agriculture of the State of Illinois or defined by the Illinois Administrative Code.
