4-4-5: VIOLATION AND PENALTY:
In addition to the foregoing, any person violating the provisions of this Chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to such penalties as provided in Section 1-4-1 of this Code. (Ord. 376, 1-11-77)
