4-2-1: DEFINITIONS:
For purposes of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply:
GARBAGE: All debris, paper, litter, glass, metal, animal and vegetable remains and waste, wire, cans, bottles, boxes, boards and other lumber, trash or other waste substances.
PERSON: Any individual, corporation, partnership, association or other entity. (Ord. 385, 12-13-1977; amd. 1988 Code)
