Any person who violates any of the provisions of this Chapter or fails to comply with any of the terms and conditions hereof shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not more than three hundred dollars ($300.00) or sentenced to not more than six (6) months in the County jail, or both such fine and imprisonment. A violation of any of the provisions of this Chapter by any agent, employee, servant or other person in any way acting in behalf of the licensee shall be presumed to be a violation by the licensee.
