3-1-7: COMPLIANCE WITH STATE LAWS:
All persons within the City limits of Challis engaged in the sale of liquor by the drink, beer, wine or wine by the drink must obey all laws established by the State of Idaho regulating the sale of alcoholic beverages 1 . The City's agent is authorized to inspect premises licensed under this Chapter to insure compliance with State law and this Chapter.
