The following fees are imposed and must be tendered with any application for a license to sell liquor by the drink, beer, wine or wine by the drink within the incorporated limits of the City:
Retail sale of beer for consumption on premises: $200.00 per year
Retail sale of bottled or canned beer, none of which is consumed on premises: $50.00 per year
Retail sale of wine, none of which is consumed on the premises: $50.00 per year
Retail sale of wine, and wine by the drink for premises which do not hold licenses for retail sale of liquor by the drink: $200.00 per year
Liquor by the drink: $225.00 per year to be reviewed annually
Provided further, any person desiring to sell alcoholic beverages from more than one of the above listed categories must obtain a license for each category desired and pay the required fee for each category. (Ord. 425C, 1-13-87; 1988 Code)
All licenses shall be granted by the Mayor and Council for a period of one year beginning January 1 and ending December 31. A full year's license fee shall be collected after January 1. (Ord. 425B, 12-13-83)
