2-4-2: MEMBERSHIP; APPOINTMENT; TERM OF OFFICE:
The Golf Course Commission shall be comprised of three (3) voting members appointed by the Mayor, subject to the consent and approval of the City Council. Members may be removed by a majority vote of the City Council without cause. Members shall serve for a period of four (4) years, however initial appointments shall be four (4) years for one member, three (3) years for one member and two (2) years for one member. The Manager of the Golf Course and one Councilmember shall be appointed as an ex officio member of the Commission who shall not vote. (Ord. 454, 3-12-1996)
