The City hereby creates the Challis Municipal Golf Course Commission, which shall have the powers and duties set forth herein, for the purpose of advising the City Council on the operation of the Challis Municipal Golf Course and helping to plan, support, enhance and develop the Course for the betterment of the community. (Ord. 454, 3-12-1996)
