The commission shall elect its own chairman and create or fill such other offices as it may determine necessary, and one regular meeting shall be held each month for not less than six (6) months in each year. All meetings of the commission shall be open to the public, and minutes and records of all commission meetings, polls, reports and investigations shall be kept and open to the public. The commission shall make written or oral reports of its activities to the city council as the council may, from time to time, request. (Ord. 382-A, 5-11-1993)
