The commission shall consist of three (3) members, and the term for each member shall be one year. Initial and replacement members to the commission shall be made by the mayor, with the advice and approval of the city council, and commission members may in like manner be removed. The commission members shall be selected from individuals with actual experience in airport operations with actual aviation experience and close familiarity with the Challis airport facility.
