There is hereby created and established an airport commission for the city for the purpose of assisting the city council in the formulation of the long range development and management plan of the Challis municipal airport 1 , including as components in said plan recommendations for leasing of airport property for aeronautical services such as fuel sales and storage, future runway, parking apron and taxi area expansion, rules, regulations and ordinances for the management of said airport, and any other matter of relevance to assure the orderly and efficient management and development of the Challis municipal airport in the best interest of the citizens of Challis.
