1-9-2: ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS:
   A.   Disposition of Ordinances and Resolutions:
      1.   Ordinances that are at present covered by more recent City, State or Federal regulations have been repealed 1 . The ordinance numbers and title listing are on file with the City Clerk-Treasurer.
      2.   Annual appropriations bill and property tax levies passed previous to 1982, and public works bonds passed previous to 1962 have been placed on an "inactive status". Resolutions dated early 1900's dealing with local improvement district definitions, irrigation controls, Samuelson Day, and other early 1900's special declarations have also been placed on an "inactive status".
   B.   Amending Ordinances: Amending ordinances shall be numbered according to the original ordinance number, followed by a letter signifying the number of amendments on such ordinance.
   C.   Filing: All ordinances shall be numbered consecutively and filed under a general subheading and then individual titles. The Register of Ordinances and Resolutions shall have a numerical and alphabetical index for easy reference. (Ord. 435, 9-14-82)
