1-8-3-1: CREATION OF RIGHT:
The people of the city of Challis, Idaho, (the "city") shall have the right to enact ordinances through the initiative process, and to repeal ordinances through the referendum process, according to the procedures set forth herein. (Ord. 380, 7-12-1977)
