Notice of public hearings shall be published fifteen (15) days prior to the date of the hearing in the official newspaper of circulation in the area. Notification to neighboring property owners within three hundred feet (300') of the property in question shall also be required in certain cases. Notices to neighboring property owners should be presented through registered mail, fifteen (15) days prior to the date of the hearing. Where more than two hundred (200) persons need to be notified, dated signatures of property owners attesting to notification of issues fifteen (15) days prior to the public hearing shall suffice.
