Any person who violates any term of this Chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to punishment as provided for in Section 1-4-1 of this Code. In addition, the City may enforce the provisions of this Chapter by any appropriate civil action, including but not limited to, injunction, in which event the City shall be entitled to all costs and expenses, including attorney's fees, in the prosecution of such action.
