All local commercial operators at the airport shall make telephone service conveniently and readily available for public use, and shall provide short-term parking areas for customers and employees on land leased from the City. Local commercial operators who provide passenger service shall provide ample lounges and restrooms for their customers with a total minimum floor space of two hundred fifty (250) square feet.
Any vehicle parked for longer than twenty four (24) hours shall be parked in the long- term parking lot and subject to parking fees as established by City Council 1 .
