The City, by imposing the foregoing charges, assumes no responsibility for the care and maintenance of aircraft or motor vehicles parked at the Challis Municipal Airport, nor for any loss or damage to persons or property in connection with aircraft or motor vehicles parked at said airport; and the owners of aircraft and automobiles using or parking at the Challis Municipal Airport assume all responsibility and risk of loss at said airport.
