A fuel tax of one and five-tenths cents (1.5¢) per gallon shall be paid, billed on the reading of totalizer meter on the pump, and trucks over seven hundred (700) gallon capacity and without a meter shall pay a fuel tax of two cents (2¢) per month per gallon of truck capacity. Any person selling fuel at the Challis Municipal Airport shall have the price of such fuel prominently displayed at the dispensing site.
