A. Tie-Downs: The City is authorized to charge and collect the following fees for tie-down of fixed-wing aircraft for the parking of any fixed-wing aircraft on the tie-down area of the Challis Municipal Airport:

B. Helicopter Parking: The Municipal Airport Manager is authorized to charge and collect the following fees for helicopter parking at the Challis Municipal Airport:
PAD

Provided, that two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) per year credit will be granted to any person, government entity or firm who installs its own pad on the Challis Municipal Airport, having first obtained written permission from the City Council for doing so. This write-off privilege is based upon a six (6) year write off and is nontransferable, and any person, government entity or firm who has installed a pad shall have first option for lease of the pad at the then current lease price; and further provided, that any pad so installed shall meet all applicable minimum specifications.
C. Commercial Use: The City is authorized to charge and collect the following commercial use fees from out-of-area commercial operators and from local commercial operators, as defined in Chapter 2 of this Title:

D. Parking: All local commercial operators, as defined in Chapter 2 of this Title, shall provide parking for employees and short-term customer parking on their leased property, or in the alternative, shall pay the following parking fees for the parking lot; provided, that said parking fees shall be paid by any person desiring to park a motor vehicle for longer than twenty four (24) hours at the Challis Municipal Airport:

Provided further, that the City property adjacent to the paved access road between Lots 2 and 3 of the Challis Municipal Airport shall remain open to the public for passenger and cargo pick-up and delivery (thirty [30] minute maximum parking); and Lot B, Challis Municipal Airport, shall be reserved for leased parking at the rates stated above.
