A. Property Reserves:
1. The City hereby reserves and agrees not to convey or release for a twenty (20) year period approximately one hundred (100) acres of airport property for existing airport facilities and future airport expansion, which reserved property is indicated on the Airport Layout Plan.
2. Of the remaining approximately one hundred (100) acres of airport property, the City will reserve for a period of twenty (20) years a minimum of sixty (60) acres for land application of wastewater discharged from the City sewer lagoons, the location of such reserved acreage being indicated on the Airport Layout Plan.
B. Use of Wastewater for Crop Irrigation: The City will apply wastewater to specified crops by irrigation in accordance with an approved plan of operation prepared by Hamilton and Voeller, Engineers, in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws, regulations and standards, including those established by the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare.
C. Construction of Sprinkler Irrigation System: The City has the financial capability and will maintain the financial capability to construct and operate a sprinkler irrigation system for said land application of the sewage wastewater. (Res. 26, 6-13-78)
