549.11 BLASTING PERMIT.

(a) No person shall blast with dynamite, gunpowder or any other explosive compound within the limits of the Municipality unless there has first been obtained a written permit therefor from the Chief Administrative Officer pursuant to rules and regulations established by him.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
