521.14 STORAGE AND KEEPING OF MANURE .

(a) No person shall keep, store, gather or accumulate any manure at any place within the Municipality for any purposes, other than for use upon the premises where kept.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
