A motorized bicycle, as defined in Section 301.04(b) shall be bound by all laws, regulations and restrictions established for the operation of bicycles in this chapter, in addition to all other restrictions established for motorized bicycles. Any reference to bicycle in this chapter shall be deemed a reference to motorized bicycle as well, unless both are referred to separately in the same paragraph.
