(a) Facilities Operators shall use flat-rate electric service when available in order to eliminate the need for a meter.
(b) If a meter is required, then the Facilities Operator shall use the smallest and least intrusive electric meter available. Whenever permitted by the electric service provider, the electric meter shall be painted to match the Wireless Support Structure.
