   953.06 AUTHORITY HAVING JURISDICTION.
   The Chief Administrative Officer shall be responsible for the administration and enforcement of the provisions of this Chapter and shall designate a Village employee to serve as Cemetery Sexton. (Ord. 2016-77. Passed 12-12-16.)
