142.01 CREATION.

There is hereby created a commission to be known and designated as the “Cemetery Commission”, composed of three residents of the Municipality, and one additional Council Member, for a total of four voting members of the Commission. Resident members shall be appointed and removed by the Mayor. The Council representative to the Cemetery Commission shall be appointed annually by the Council.
