149.05 POLICE PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY INSURANCE.

In addition to the compensation hereinbefore provided for regular and part-time members of the Police Department, additional compensation shall be provided by the purchase by the Village of a police professional liability insurance policy in amounts of not less than one hundred thousand dollars/three hundred thousand dollars($100,000/$300,000) with five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) aggregate for any one occurrence, covering all Police Department personnel.
