(a) The dish shall be screened so as to permanently shield most of the structure from view from adjoining properties and public rights of way, pursuant to the guideline of Section 1142.06 (b) of the Zoning Code.
(b) No lettering, numerals, symbols, pictorial signs or designs shall be permitted on any surface of the earth station. No earth station dish shall be painted in a color other than grey, white or earth tones.
