915.07 PERMIT FEE.

An application and inspection fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) shall be charged prior to the issuance of a storm sewer permit. Where construction shall take place in the tree lawn or any other portion of a dedicated street, the applicant shall comply with all of the provisions of Chapter 901.
