Appeals to any provision of Chapter 911 shall be heard by the Board of Zoning Appeals pursuant to Section 1111.03 and subject to the standards set forth in Section 1111.07. A decision of the Board of Zoning Appeals rendered pursuant to this provision shall be final and appealable to the court of common pleas.
