§ 115.06  ISSUANCE.
   Upon the fulfillment of §§ 115.04 and 115.05 of this chapter, the Clerk-Treasurer shall issue, over his or her signature and the seal of the town, a license which shall contain the information set forth in § 115.04 of this chapter.
