(A) The applicant shall furnish a surety bond, acceptable to the Clerk-Treasurer, in the sum of $2,000, payable to the town for the protection of the public and conditioned upon the faithful performance of his or her obligations.
(B) The applicant shall pay to the Clerk- Treasurer the following license fees: for one day, $10; for one week, $25; and for one month, $50. However, no license shall be issued for longer than one month. The license shall be non-transferable.
