§ 115.99  PENALTY.
   Any person who pursues the business of an itinerant or transient solicitor, peddler, hawker, salesperson or other vendor in the town without having obtained a license to do so, and any other person violating any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be fined in the sum of not less than $100, nor more than $500, and each day’s solicitation shall constitute a separate offense.
