§ 71.03  PARKING ON CERTAIN STREETS PROHIBITED EXCEPT FOR LOADING, UNLOADING.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to park any truck, van or motor vehicle mentioned in § 71.02 of this chapter, whether loaded or empty, along or upon any street in the town which is 40 feet or less in width from property line to property line on either side of the street, for more than 30 minutes in any two-hour period, unless the vehicle is actually engaged in either loading or unloading merchandise or freight.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to park any truck, van or other motor vehicle mentioned in § 71.02 of this chapter in front of any dwelling house, apartment house or other place of residence in the town, either in the daytime or nighttime, unless the vehicle is actually engaged in loading or unloading merchandise or freight.
