§ 71.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this traffic code for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person, whether a driver, operator or owner of any truck, van or other vehicle mentioned in § 70.02 of this chapter, who violates any of the provisions of this chapter, shall be fined $25 for the first offense and $50 for each subsequent offense, not to exceed $500. Each violation within a 24-hour period shall be deemed a separate offense. Any truck in violation of § 70.02 of this chapter, which is determined to be a traffic hazard or obstruction to the normal flow of traffic by a town police officer, will be towed at the violator’s expense. Any subsequent financial expense as a result of the removal, such as storage fees and down time, shall be the burden of the violator.
