(a) Council hereby adopts as a fee schedule that as set forth in Ohio R.C. 311.17 and 509.15 for services performed by officers and employees of the Celina Police Department, or the bailiff, with regard to warrants, summons, subpoenas or other paper service and court appearances. In the event there are duplicate fee schedules in Ohio R.C. 311.17 and 509.15, the fee schedule in Section 311.17 shall apply.
(b) Fees assessed by this section shall be collected by conditions set by the court of jurisdiction upon filing of a case, or when the subject appears in court, or at the time bail or bond is posted in cases where the subject is released before a court appearance. In the case of a foreign warrant, all of the fees specified shall be collected in addition to any fees attached by the court issuing the order for service.
