(a) The various City departments are hereby authorized to participate in the Community Service Program as established through the Celina Municipal Court.
(b) Workers assigned to work in various City departments shall be under the supervision of department heads for the specific period defined by the Court.
(c) Such workers shall perform general work tasks of the department that they are assigned to and credited at a rate of four dollars and twenty-five cents ($4.25) per hour for work performed. Such workers shall be required to work regular department hours and observe all rules and regulations that govern City employees.
