(a) Each financial institution, real estate broker, landlord or other person conducting commercial housing activities within the City shall within their place of business display a public notice to be provided by the Fair Housing Officer which summarizes the provisions of this chapter.
(b) Such public notices must be visible in those parts of the place of business where negotiations for sale, rental, leasing, subleasing or financing of housing accommodations normally occur.
(c) Failure to comply with this section constitutes a minor misdemeanor violation.
