The terms of the Mayor and Safety-Service Director shall correspond to their respective official tenures. The term of the resident members shall be for six years, except that the terms of one of the members of the first Planning Commission shall be four years and one for two years. Vacancies occurring otherwise than through expiration of term shall be filled for the unexpired term as provided in Section 145.01.
