(a) Council hereby adopts the Rules and Regulations of the Civil Service Commission of the City of Celina.
(b) A copy of said Civil Service Commission of City of Celina Rules and Regulations are to remain at all times on file for public inspection with the Clerk of Council, and the same is hereby incorporated into this section and made a part hereof as if expressly rewritten herein.
(c) Any City legislation or sections of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Celina inconsistent with the terms contained in the Adopted Civil Service Commission of City of Celina Rules and Regulations are hereby repealed and this section is hereby declared the intent of Council.
