Any person aggrieved in the denial of a permit as provided for in Sections 751.03, 751.04 or 751.05 shall have the right to appeal to Council. The appeal must be made in writing and submitted to villageadministrator@cedarville.us within five (5) days of notice of denial. Council shall convene a hearing within ten (10) days of receipt of written appeal, and applicant shall receive written notice of the same per information provided on the permit application. The decision of Council on the appeal shall be final.
