§ 71.36 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   (A)   No procession or parade shall occupy, march, or proceed along any street or public way without a permit issued by the Chief of Police.
   (B)   All processions or parades must be carried out in accordance with the conditions set out by the Chief of Police.
