ORDINANCE NO. 398
    AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE REORGANIZATION AND RECODIFICATION OF THE TOWN CODE OF THE TOWN OF CEDAR LAKE, INDIANA
   BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Cedar Lake, Indiana as follows:
   Section One: That the Cedar Lake Town Code as established pursuant to Ordinance Number 336 be and is hereby Reorganized and Recodified as set forth in the attached Code of Ordinances developed by American Legal Publishing Company and which consists of Titles I through XV.
   Section Two: This Ordinance is intended to recodify, revise or rearrange applicable or corresponding provisions of prior ordinances or codes. A citation to a prior ordinance or code section may be construed as a citation to the appropriate provisions of this code if the prior ordinance or code section is reenacted in the same or restated form in this Code of Ordinances.
   Section Three: The adoption of this Code of Ordinances shall not be construed to be a repeal of any existing legislation passed by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Cedar Lake, Indiana.
   Section Four: This Code of Ordinances shall henceforth be designated as the "l984 Town Code of Ordinances."
   PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Cedar Lake, Indiana, this 24th day of October, l984.
